Phu Xuan University applies the ASK (Attitude – Skills – Knowledge) model in student education.

It clearly defines the construction of a comprehensive development foundation for learners based on three main pillars: attitude, skills, and knowledge. Emphasis is placed on building a positive attitude for learners, fostering a positive and professional mindset in work, and developing essential skills for both work and lifelong learning. Finally, knowledge is an important foundation to assert the identity of Phu Xuan University students.

The implementation of Phu Xuan University's educational philosophy focuses on fundamental points:
