Implementation of the Vietnam Student Association's Charter, based on the guidance of the University Party Committee and the Central Vietnam Student Association, the Executive Committee of the University Student Association is planning the organization of the 3rd University Student Congress, term 2023-2025. 

1. Time: Official session: From 7:30 AM to 12:00 AM on September 28, 2023 (Thursday).

2. Location: Library Room, No. 176 Tran Phu, Phuoc Vinh Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province.

3. Participants:

• Invited Delegates: Representatives from the Central Vietnam Student Association, representatives from the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee in Hue, representatives from the Executive Committee of the Youth Union bloc, representatives from the Party Committee, University Leadership, representatives from the University Trade Union leadership, representatives from the leaders of departments, faculties, centers, the Secretary of the University Youth Union, members of the Executive Committee of the Student Association term II, and representatives from the Student Associations of units within Hue City.
• Participating Delegates: 100 delegates from the Union of Associations of departments, blocs of clubs, teams, groups.
• Attire: Men wear white shirts and dark-colored pants. Women wear white shirts and dark-colored pants (or skirts).
