On January 15, 2020, Phu Xuan University, in collaboration with local businesses in Thua Thien Hue Province, organized the "Commitment Ceremony for Introduction and Employment Assurance" for nearly 200 freshmen majoring in IT, Business Administration, Tourism, English Language, and Chinese Language.

During the signing ceremony, the university also awarded certificates of commendation and prizes to the K16 group of Business Administration students for their outstanding achievements in entrepreneurial fundraising activities with the project "Exploiting the distribution channel of specialties in Hue."

Representatives from committed businesses, including 3S Software Company, Kawara My An Onsen Resort, DMZ Travel Service Company, and other affiliated enterprises, participated in the event. Additionally, the entire faculty and staff of Phu Xuan University, along with the presence of parents, attended the program.

Mr. Dam Quang Minh (Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Phu Xuan University) affirmed, "With an educational philosophy closely linked to employment, applying the advanced values of the 'learning office' and 'learning project' training model to maximize students' work capabilities, this Commitment Ceremony reiterates the university's commitment to students, parents, and society. The goal is to ensure that 95% of graduates will have employment in their trained fields within 3-6 months after graduation."

Representatives from the businesses responded positively to the innovations at Phu Xuan University, including the On-the-Job Training (OJT) semester model, where students learn in a practical environment within companies to accumulate work experience, become familiar with future job requirements, and demonstrate their working capabilities. This period serves as a crucial stage for future graduates to prove their capabilities and have the opportunity for official recruitment when companies have needs.

The introduction of training models closely aligned with practical applications is a comprehensive solution to the need for innovation in both depth and breadth of education, aiming to provide the best knowledge for students that aligns with the practical requirements of businesses.
