Currently, Phu Xuan University has been actively developing its scientific research activities. This academic activity is dedicated to all staff, faculty, and students. From 2022 to the present, the Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation has successfully assessed many outstanding research projects at the university level conducted by faculty members.

Enhancing teaching quality:

Research projects often revolve around practical issues in teaching. Scientific research helps faculty members better understand how to create the best learning experiences for students, improve methods, and enhance the quality of specialized teaching.

• The process of producing scientific papers and conducting research helps faculty members and PXU students constantly access and learn new knowledge. At the same time, these outputs contribute to the collective scientific knowledge of society.

PXU evaluates scientific research projects for the year 2022-2023

Recently, the Rector and the Department of Scientific Research and International Cooperation of Phu Xuan University collaborated with faculty members to evaluate two university-level scientific research projects for the academic year 2022-2023.

Project: "Self-study activities of English Language students at Phu Xuan University before and after using the self-study English support software - Easy Class" – Master Ho Thi Ngoc Han.

The project evaluation committee raised important questions about the effectiveness of using the Easy Class software for self-study in English. The committee encouraged the project leader to delve deeper into how this software has impacted students' self-study. Additionally, they recommended further research and publication of scientific articles to share results regarding the application of online platforms in teaching and learning.

Project: "Innovation in the teaching methods of Marxist-Leninist Philosophy at Phu Xuan University" – Master Nguyen Thi Quyen.

Marxist-Leninist Philosophy is an important subject for students, and the innovation of teaching methods in this subject received support from the evaluation committee. The committee highly appreciated the practicality and necessity of applying modern educational methods, such as group work, critical thinking, filmmaking, comparison, and various other methods, to generate interest in learning for students. The committee also proposed developing this research project into an educational scientific article to share knowledge and experience.

In the new academic year, 2023-2024, Phu Xuan University will continue to strengthen the scientific research movement for all staff, faculty, and students throughout the entire university.
