Dự án “Empowering Ethnic Minority Youth in Vietnam to Re-Vision the Future of Decent Work (“Re- WORK”) – (Nâng cao vị thế, năng lực cho sinh viên dân tộc thiểu số ở Việt Nam để định hướng lại công việc phù hợp trong tương lai)  trong đó trường ĐH Phú Xuân là một trong 4 đối tác chính đã được Viện Hàn Lâm Anh Quốc phê duyệt.

Tiến sĩ Hồ Thị Hạnh Tiên, hiệu trưởng nhà Trường là thành viên chính của dự án, đại diện trường Đại học Phú Xuân tham gia cùng Giáo sư Tony Wall, University of Chester, UK, đơn vị quản lý dự án; Tiến sĩ Ngô Hằng Nga, Trường Đại học Tây Bắc and Tiến sĩ Lương Minh Phương, Đại học Hà Nội. Ngân sách cấp cho dự án này là £266,077 bảng Anh (khoảng 7,5 tỉ đồng). Dự án sẽ bắt đầu triển khai từ tháng 3 năm 2020 và sẽ kết thúc vào tháng 12 năm 2021.

The project aims to enhance the employability of ethnic minority students in economically and socially disadvantaged areas prioritized in Vietnam's economic and social development policies. REWORK is an interdisciplinary research project with breakthrough potential in improving livelihoods/employment and social life for ethnic minority youth in Vietnam. The research aims to promote collaboration between stakeholders to create opportunities for disadvantaged students to share their aspirations with policymakers and researchers, providing advice to develop and improve fair and effective employment policies.
