Newcomers in the Information Technology field at Phu Xuan University had a special session with two IT enterprises in Hue: DEHA SOFTWARE and CODEGYM. Let's discover what made this learning experience special!

DEHA SOFTWARE – Understanding Workforce Needs in Information Technology

The first destination of this practical session was DEHA SOFTWARE, a company specializing in software design and digital transformation consulting, ranking among the top in Vietnam. Here, the students had the chance to meet and converse with the leadership of DEHA Hue, listening to their dedicated insights on the significance of students for the enterprise.

One of the crucial questions addressed by DEHA's leadership was, "What does the business need from the student studying Information Technology?” . This truly provided students with a deeper insight into what they need to learn and develop. It also outlined the roadmap for the knowledge and skills they need to enhance over the next three years.

Furthermore, this meeting helped us learn more about DEHA, from their work processes to the job positions the company is currently recruiting for.

Ultimately, engaging with industry veterans is an integral part of the session. Students from K21 IT program had the opportunity to hear success stories, the challenges they faced, and valuable advice from those who have walked the path before them.

CODEGYM – A Fun and Informative "Learn and Play" Time

Following the session with DEHA SOFTWARE, K21 IT students continued to study with CODEGYM, a haven for programming enthusiasts.

At CODEGYM Hue, K21 students had the opportunity to meet "colleague" programmers who are studying and working there. Students engaged in short exchanges, sharing professional experiences, challenges, and successes on the journey to becoming skilled programmers.

They also received insights into the programming profession from CODEGYM's leadership. The advice and specific information on career development in this field were indeed valuable.

Especially, the session at CODEGYM included entertaining mini-games and attractive gifts from the seniors there, creating a friendly and lively atmosphere, allowing students to enjoy every moment.

These practical sessions are evidence of Phu Xuan University's hands-on training program. PXU not only imparts theoretical knowledge but also provides opportunities for students to participate in meetings, share experiences, and learn from leading experts in the industry.
